2013 Second Mission Trip
GOAL
To protect the students from the elements, advance the educational delivery system, and improve the nurishment of the students.
- Built a cement slab the length of the school and covered it with a veranda to protect the students when they are not in the classroom.
- Provided hand made uniforms to all students.
- Provided shoes and sweaters to all students and staff.
- Provided metal locker for security
- Provided a generator to power tools etc.
- Built playground apparatus from local materials
- Established a permanent feeding program and paid salaries for teachers, cook/cleaner, and director Naomi’s village.

Second trip activities and planning
- Sponsoring old and new students
- Providing monthly pay for teachers, director and help
- Provinding food to help sustain the students
- Coordinating with Pastor Alex to lay foundation and brickwork for building a stand alone kitchen on third trip.
- Applying for 501 (C)3 nnon-profit status
- Establishing a website
- Presenting JCAPactivities to local groups in the States.
- Planning with JCAP Board
The team provided Vacation Bible School and carpentry projects similar to the first year by the team while the orphanage Director was in the United States on a fund raising drive.
