Together, We Make It Possible
Transforming Lives Through Education, Compassion, and Community
Since 2012, JCAP has partnered with Kijabe Nursery School, Naomi's Village, and local communities in Kenya to create sustainable change.
Who We Are
Dedicated volunteers committed to promoting the welfare and education of Kijabe’s children, one step at a time.
The Jim Calfee Africa Project (JCAP) is a Christian social and philanthropic organization founded to honor the legacy of Jim Calfee, a man who dedicated his life to helping orphans and less fortunate children. Since 2012, our volunteer-led team has worked hand-in-hand with the people of Kijabe, Kenya, to uplift their community through education, nutrition, and infrastructure projects. By addressing immediate needs and laying the foundation for long-term sustainability, we aim to equip children with the tools they need to lead their communities toward a brighter future.
JCAP’s mission is powered entirely by passionate volunteers and generous donors. From rebuilding schools to providing uniforms, meals, and teaching supplies, every project is a labor of love and faith. Over the years, we’ve built classrooms, kitchens, and playgrounds, supported orphanages like Naomi’s Village, and launched sponsorship programs to give children access to education. With 100% of donations funding programs and no administrative overhead, we are dedicated to making every effort count in transforming lives and sharing God’s love.
